Hello, I'm Carmen, Centre Manager at Kidventure Early Learning Eagleby.

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership, I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.

I believe that trusting relationships are the foundation of every child's learning journey. As a licensed Circle of Security Facilitator, I prioritise building secure, responsive relationships with children, helping them feel emotionally safe, confident, and supported to explore, learn, and grow. Every child deserves to know they are seen, heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

I also believe that the best outcomes for children are achieved when educators, families, and the wider community work together. Building strong partnerships with families is incredibly important to me, and I value open communication, mutual trust, and creating meaningful connections that support each child's individual learning journey. By working together, we create a true sense of belonging where children and their families feel welcomed, respected, and connected.

I am passionate about leading a team that embraces continuous improvement, reflective practice, and a commitment to excellence. I love mentoring educators to grow professionally while fostering a positive, collaborative culture that continually strives to achieve Exceeding outcomes under the National Quality Standard. My goal is to ensure Kidventure provides exceptional early learning experiences that support every child's wellbeing, development, and lifelong love of learning.

Meet Yaseera – Owner / Operator

Hello, I'm Yaseera, proud Owner and Operator of Kidventure Early Learning Eagleby.

As a qualified Early Childhood Educator holding my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I am passionate about providing every child with a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. I believe every child deserves to feel loved, valued, and supported as they begin their early learning journey.

As a hands-on owner, you'll often see me around the centre working alongside our educators, spending time with the children, and getting to know our families. Building genuine relationships with children, parents, and our team is something I truly value. I believe that when families and educators work together, children feel a stronger sense of belonging and achieve the very best outcomes.

At Kidventure, we are committed to creating a welcoming, family-oriented environment where every child is encouraged to explore, develop confidence, and build a lifelong love of learning. I take great pride in supporting our dedicated team and continually investing in the quality of our centre to ensure we provide the highest standard of care and education.

Miss April is a highly experienced early childhood teacher with a strong background in both teaching and educational leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, along with many years of hands-on experience guiding children’s learning and mentoring fellow educators.

Her teaching style combines creativity, structure, and warmth — from introducing early literacy and numeracy to nurturing social and emotional skills. With a love for music and the arts, April brings learning to life through engaging activities that inspire curiosity and joy.

Families value her open communication and genuine care, while children thrive under her fun, nurturing, and supportive approach. April’s depth of knowledge and passion for early education make her an outstanding leader in the Kindy room.

Mandeep is our devoted Lead Educator with a strong passion for nurturing children's growth and development.

With Diploma certifications in childcare , she is  highly skilled in supervising and interacting with children of all ages, she excels in providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Mandeep's special abilities in learning through play, sensory play-time, , coupled with her natural entertaining ability and good sense of humor, make her an educator that all kids love and will thrive under.  Mandeep is eager to continue making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.    

Meet our esteemed Assistant Director at Kidventure Early Learning Eagleby, a dedicated professional who has dedicated over 12 years of her career to nurturing young minds at our center.

"Hey everyone, I'm Nikita, and I'm thrilled to be the Assistant Director here at our center. Can you believe I've been part of this amazing centre and industry for over 12 years now? It's been an incredible journey, and I've loved every moment of it.  I'm all about creating awesome learning spaces where kids can have a blast while soaking up new knowledge. Whether it's building cool forts or diving into storytime adventures, I'm here to make sure every child's day is filled with fun and learning.  I've got my diploma in children's services, and I'm currently diving into my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. But you know what? It's not just about the qualifications – it's about the passion. And let me tell you, I've got heaps of that!  For me, it's all about setting up our little learners for success. I believe these early years are so important for shaping their future, and I'm here to make sure they get the best start possible.  So, come on over and say hi!
